*The following took place on May 23.

-Montana vs. Gavin Guardipee. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of sexual intercourse without consent, count I and II, felonies. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on July 11 with a jury trial commencing on Aug. 26.

-Montana vs. Jeremiah Mitchell. This matter came before the court for arraignment. A plea of not guilty to the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, is entered. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on July 11 with a jury trial commencing on Aug. 26.

-Montana vs. George Couture. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of assault with a weapon, a felony, count I and aggravated assault, a felony, count II. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on Aug. 15 with a jury trial commencing on Sept. 23.

-Montana vs. Aaron Yazzie. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of criminal endangerment, a felony, count I and criminal mischief, a felony, count II. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on Aug. 15 with a jury trial commencing on Sept. 23.

-Montana vs. Katie Joerger. This matter came before the court for sentencing. For the offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matters, a felony, count II, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of three years and for the offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matter, a felony, count III, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of thee years to run consecutive to count II.

-Montana vs. William Koso. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, count I; criminal endangerment, a felony, counts II, III, and IV. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on Aug. 14 with a jury trial commencing on Nov. 4.

-Montana vs. Ronald Quaring. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, count I. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on Aug. 14 with a jury trial commencing on Nov. 4.

-Montana vs. Jamie Kibler. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of forgery, a common scheme, a felony. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for June 26.
