St. Ignatius

The St Ignatius Senior Citizens Center will have its annual Fall rummage sale from Tuesday, Oct. 8 through Friday, Oct. 11. The sale will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A bake sale will also held that Friday. Good , clean items for the rummage sale are being accepted at the center.

The Lake County Health Department will be giving flu shots in the center on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 11 a.m. to 12-noon. Seniors are asked to bring their Medicare cards with them.

Diners at the at the evening meal on Wednesday , Oct. 2, not the 16,th will be entertained by guitarists and singers Tim Krantz and Lyle Cronk. The public is invited to come to all of the center’s meals.

A volunteer will clip toe nails at the center on Friday, Oct. 4, beginning at 10 a.m. Please sign up for clipping. Because there are five Mondays in September, pinochle will be played for the second time this month in the center on Monday, September 30, at 7 p.m.
