District Court, Judge Christopher presiding

*The following took place on Aug. 29.

-Montana vs. Jesus Lopez III. This matter came before the court for a change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of accountability (burglary), a felony.  The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Oct. 17.

-Montana vs. Jared Ondaro. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of burglary, count I and criminal mischief, count II, both felonies. Parties have agreed to reduce bond to the amount of $10,000 with SCRAM. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Oct. 3, with a jury trial commencing on Nov. 12.
