The Lake County Council on Aging sends out the Foot Lady to each Senior Center once a month. Jane will be at the Arlee Senior Center on Friday, April 14 this month. Please call 726-3213 to set up an appointment from 10:30 to Noon so Jane can know she has clients waiting for her. This free foot care is especially important for individuals with a history of diabetes and diabetic neuropathy in their feet, and to monitor fluid build up in the lower extremities which can develop related to some heart problems.
Any one is welcome; you do not need to be a senior citizen or a member of the Center. If you need help trimming your toe nails give that number above a ring and schedule a time.
