INFR rodeo draws fans, friends, family

POLSON -- Rodeo fans got the chance to see another high energy, action-filled, don’t-shut-your-eyes INFR event in Polson Aug. 21 through 23 when the Flathead River Rodeo came to town.

The 39th Annual Indian National Finals Rodeo featured free-style bull fighting, ladies breakaway, first and second section bull riding, bareback M3T, steer riding, tie-down roping, saddle bronc riding, ladies barrel and racing and team roping.

Rodeo riders were competing for $5,000 and $10,000 purses.

The next rodeo on the INFR circuit is Nov. 4 through 8 at the South Point Arena in Las Vegas, where riders will compete for prizes up to $70,000.

Rodeo fans can watch their favorite Indian National Finals Rodeo star live in person or via a free web feed while the 2014 professional rodeo circuit winds down this November at www.infr.com.
