-Sean Lozeau, appeared in court for a change of plea and admitted to three felony counts of criminal endangerment.
Court records reflect that the charges stem from an incident on Sept. 13, when Lozeau is said to have “purposely discharged a .40-caliber handgun into a vehicle containing three occupants.” The altercation allegedly arose after Lozeau “became angry that his girlfriend disrespected his rapping skills.”
The affidavit filed with the case states that Lozeau was intoxicated and starting fights before shooting in the direction of the vehicle, as the three victims left the house. A bullet hole was found in the right, front fender of the vehicle, according to court documents.
Lozeau will be sentenced Feb. 19. He was granted credit for time already served and was released on the condition that there be no contact with the three alleged victims.
-Jeana Hill, 36, reached a plea agreement and admitted to felony possession with intent to distribute.
Court documents state that on Sept. 24, Lake County Sheriff’s deputies acted on a search warrant for a Bigfork residence and found “multiple bags of apparent methamphetamine, a scale, packing materials and items used to ingest methamphetamine.” Hill and her son also allegedly had methamphetamine in their possession.
Records reflect that when interviewed at the Lake County Jail, Hill “admitted that she provided methamphetamine to her son because she knew he was using methamphetamine and she didn’t want him to have to steal to get it or buy ‘bad’ meth.”
Hill will be sentenced on Feb. 19.

Brown will be sentenced Feb. 19.

According to court documents, on Feb. 22 Smithson was caught stealing laptops from a homeowner on Mountain View Road and drove away in a silver car that cut across a field and crashed through a wire fence. The car lost a license plate in the field, which was later recovered and linked to the getaway vehicle, according to court records.
