Thanks from the Dupuis family
My family and I would like to thank everyone who came to support my son Aedan at the benefit dinner hosted by The Mission Mountain Survivors Motorcycle Club. We feel so very blessed to have such a wonderful community and live in a place where people come together to show love and support for a little boy with a critical illness. I would like to also thank the Lake County Sheriff’s Office including Polson, tribal and highway patrol law enforcement who came to show support. Thank you to the VFW and all the volunteers who helped with the dinner. And of course, Thank you to The Mission Mountain Survivors MC. Not only did they do a wonderful job with the benefit, they made the event truly special for Aedan. We could never thank them enough for making our son feel so special. Thank you everyone once again and god bless.

Thanking Chief Fairchild
We at the Big Arm Association want to thank Chief John Fairchild for giving up his Friday night to speak to us about wildfire. Even though it is still green and beautiful, it won’t be long before the land becomes dry and subject to the spread of a wild land fire. We all thought we were semi-prepared but with his brochures and experience; he taught us a lot. This is a critical subject, especially with the fires in Texas and California and we appreciate the chief’s expertise. Please think about having him as a speaker at your next association meeting. Again, thank you, chief, for your time. We appreciate it.

Thank You For The Support
The Valley View Women’s Club would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who donated to and attended our rummage sale. If it weren’t for all of you and our rentals it would not be possible to keep the clubhouse going. Your support is greatly appreciated. Also I would like to thank all the women’s club members who helped with setup before, during and after the sale. The lady who bought the model ship I have the stand for it if you want it, give me a call, 883-2910. It is wonderful to be able to keep this 90-year old rural clubhouse available for everyone to use.

A humble thanks
I wanted to write this letter today to express my gratitude to the crew at Grogan Funeral Home and Lake View Cemetery. On Mother’s Day my son had wanted to visit his mom’s grave and while we were at Lake View Cemetery we noticed her headstone had come loose and we worried it may easily tip over.
Since the head stone is years old and the funeral home was under new management, I wasn’t sure what I would be able to get accomplished. I visited Grogan Funeral Home the following week and told Funeral Director Ryan Evans of the situation. Ryan followed me up to the cemetery and with the help from Lake View Cemetery staff was able to take care of the problem on the same day.
I will never forget this prompt and awesome service provided to my son and I. I wanted to take the time here to acknowledge these people and their kindness. Most of us know and understand the loss of a loved one and pain fully know the loss remains with us forever. It is nice to know that there are kind and passionate people in our community that really do care and understand, and if they can, will help us if needed.

Real choice
Soon, we will gather at our assigned voting places to select from our fellow citizens persons who are supposed to represent us, all of us. How many times have we voted for the lesser of two evils hoping that somehow the lesser of the evils will do the right thing only to discover that our beliefs, our hopes, our dreams, were smashed by our lesser choice? For the first time in recent memory we have a real chance. Today we need not to hope and pray we’re going to get lucky. We have real people who are committed to following our republic’s constitution, our state’s constitution, men who believe in the words, “we the people.”
For House District 93, the choice is clear: the only man for the job is Frank Delgado. For the position of County Commissioner, Lake County, there is only one choice: Rory Horning. If we truly care about the direction of our county, our state, our republic, if we’re disgusted that the incumbents have thrown “we the people” out the window in favor of special interests, then we also understand that the election of Delgado and Horning are critical to stopping our Republic’s slide into the grasp of social progressivism. If you’ve attended any county commission meeting you’ve seen the slide first hand and if you have read anything written for or by or listened to the remarks of the House District 93 incumbent you know exactly what the intentions are. Elect Delgado and Horning, both are men of honor.

Support Salomon for HD93
Dan Salomon was born and raised right here in Lake County, raising his family in Ronan where his children attended school. He’s a graduate of Montana State University and has proudly served as our State Representative since 2010 in Helena. During this tenure he has served on the Agriculture and Education committees, as well as appointed Vice Chair of the Business & Labor Committee – one of the most demanding committees in the legislature.
Dan’s ratings for his service include a 90 percent grade by the Montana Family Foundation, a 94 percent grade by the United Property Owners of Montana, 97 percent grade by the Montana Contractors’ Association and a perfect 100 percent grade from the Montana Chamber of Commerce. He is endorsed by the Montana Right to Life Association, the Montana Shooting Sports Association, the Montana Contractors’ Association and the National Rifle Association.
Dan has tirelessly fought for Medicaid Reform, Workman’s Compensation Reform, as well as Montana’s children through higher education reform. Dan also continues to work with all interested parties on the Water Compact, attempting to bring common sense and consensus to a difficult negotiation.
Now more than ever, the citizens of District 93 and of Lake County need someone with the experience and historical perspective on these difficult negotiations that must be resolved during the 2015 legislature.
Please join me in supporting Dan Salomon for State House District 93.

Vote for Bill Barron
Commissioner Bill Barron has worked for all residents of this county. He listens to people and is effective in finding common sense solutions to issues and problems that arise in this large and diverse county.
He has played a major role in managing an $18 million dollar budget. Given the many services provided by our county government over a wide geographic area this is not an easy task.
I hope that voters will vote for Bill Barron.

Vote for property rights
I’m for property rights and against the proposed CSKT water compact. It appears to me our current commissioners oppose me on both counts. I will be voting for Rory Horning for Lake County Commissioner. Like me, he strongly supports property rights and opposes the water compact as written. Please join me in support of Rory Horning for Commissioner. For the same reasons, I will be voting for Frank Delgado in House District 93 to represent me in the state legislature.

Local Is Important
My fellow Democrats, this is a plea to consider asking for a Republican ballot this primary. Our Lake County responsible Republicans could use your help. It is important that Dan Salomon (House District 93) and Bill Barron, county commissioner, get re-elected to their positions. They are responsible candidates that will do the best job in their respective positions. Their Republican opponents have extreme right wing opinions that are not conducive to good governance.
A dyed in the wool Democrat;
