Young named MonDak MVP

Polson’s Jake Young, a sophomore second baseman for Dawson Community College, was named the Mon-Dak Conference baseball most valuable player and to the National Junior College Athletic Association all-Region IX Division II team on Wednesday.

In 35 games this season, Young had a .447 batting average with five home runs, 35 RBI to lead the Buccaneers in each category.
