DETAILS: Staff from the “Parents as Teachers” host a “Tots and Treats” playgroup. There will be activities, information and snacks. All area parents are welcome to the free, voluntary program. PAT provides twice monthly home visits to pregnant moms and those with children up to five with activities, screenings, and information.
