Mariners sweep Loggers

At Polson this past Sunday, the host Mission Valley Mariners posted a pair of convincing wins over the visiting Loggers in Legion A action. The Mariners picked up a half dozen extra base hits over the course of both games. Walter Wood was the winning pitcher of record in the first game, while Jacob Harrod notched the tally in the second contest. TJ Olson, Warren Wood, Jacob Harrod and Micah McClure each had two hits in the first contest, while Walter Wood and Nyqolas Gillingham each had a trio of smacks in the second game.
