Crews respond to weather-related accidents in area
MT 35
Emergency dispatchers received a call for a downed tree crossing both lanes of Montana 35 at mile marker 19 at about 1 p.m.
Crews from Bigfork Fire Department are responding to the scene. Expect extended delays.
Highway 28
Chief Cliff Fire Department and several other mutual aid responders are traveling toward mile marker 44 on Highway 48 for a rollover accident that occurred at about 1:45 p.m. Emergency responders report that the car's occupants might be hanging from their seats at the time of the call.
Emergency responders were warned to watch out for black ice while traveling to the scene.
Highway 28 and Highway 93 intersection
Emergency responders are traveling to an accident reported at Highway 28 and 93 intersection at about 2 p.m. involving two vehicles. Emergency responders believe one car is resting on its hood.
Montana 35
A caller informed emergency dispatch that a tree had fallen onto Montana 35 at mile marker 7 at about 2 p.m. A tree reportedly fell into a power line and is hanging over the northbound lane. The southbound is open, callers said.
Jette Hill
A rollover accident was called into emergency dispatchers for an accident at the top of Jette Hill just before the store in the northbound lane, at about 2:08 p.m. Emergency vehicles are responding.
Roundbutte Road in Ronan
A one vehicle rollover accident was called in on Roundbutte Road near the golf course where one car is in a ditch, emergency dispatcher report.
At presstime, no major injury accidents were underway.
