Wednesday accidents foreshadowing a dangerous Thanksgiving drive
19-year-old being life-flighted from MT 35 accident
Multiple road-related accidents are working as of noon Wednesday.
At 3:44, emergency dispatchers sent Polson Ambulance crews along with a collection of other emergency responders to a roll over accident at Highway 93 just north of mile marker 79. Emergency workers said injuries were not serious, but that the accident did pose some lane blockage. Please slow down and approach the area cautiously.
At about 1:45 p.m., emergency dispatchers were sent to a two-vehicle collision at Highway 93 and The White Elephant in Ronan. No additional details were available.
An emergency airlift helicopter landed safely at a MT 35 accident near mile marker 14-15.
Preliminary details suggest that accident involved a 19-year-old female who was unrestrained and driving a van when she slid off the roadway and hit a tree.
Another accident occurred at Highway 93 and Olsen Road, about two miles south of the Charlo cutoff. A third accident is located near Arlee.
