Evan Perry Thomas Smythe, 24, forfeited a $50 bond for careless driving. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Joshua Silas Martin, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. The charge was amended from driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was fined $1,200 and ordered to pay $468.01 in restitution. He was ordered to spend one year in jail, with 358 days suspended. He was assessed $85 in court costs.

Teresa Gail Denny, 53, was fined $600 and ordered to spend 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended after she pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. She was assessed $85 in court costs.

Steven Lyle Rosenbaum, 56, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. He was fined $600, ordered to spend 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended and ordered to pay $85 in court costs.

Maria Elena Dumontier, 46, forfeited a $70 bond for driving 89 miles per hour in a 70 mph zone. He was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

Joe David Thomas, 67, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Marret Christiansen, 53, forfeited a $50 bond for a stop sign violation. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Mitchell Plattman, 51, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Soren Mackenzie Greene, 21, forfeited a $100 bond for fishing without a license. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Linda Jo Mitchell, 52, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation and a $250 bond for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

Brady Scott Johnson forfeited a $20 bond for a seat belt violation.

Charles L. Reitz, 53, forfeited a $50 bond for careless driving. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Elliott D. Messick, 19, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. He was assessed $35 in court costs.
