Joseph Z. Schiel received two consecutive three-year deferred sentences.

Faith Laurisa Matt received a two-year deferred sentence.

Jason Albert Courville received a three-year deferred sentence.

Robert Ryan Compean received a two-year deferred sentence.

Ronald Melvin Parnell was sentenced to five years with the Montana Department of Corrections, with none suspended, concurrent to an out-of-county case. In another Lake County case Parnell was sentenced to 10 years in Montana State Prison, with none of that time suspended.

Sentencing for Felicite Rose McDonald was continued until Sept. 7.

Sentencing for Kendal John Dunkerson was continued until Sept. 7.

Sentencingfor Kyler martin Runket was continued until Sept. 7. Sentencing for Jonathan Snyder wasset for Sept. 21.

Sentencing for Elisha Matthew Webb was continued until Aug.17.

Sentencing for Shanita Mae Wall was continued until Aug. 17.

Elaina Lee Vallee-Scarborough entered a not guilty plea in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Jan. 17.

An arraignment for Nakota Joseph Aimsback was continued until Aug. 17.

Nakita Marie Martin was not present for an arraignment. A warrant was issued.

An arraignment for Melissa Gardipe was continued until Aug. 17.

Robert Allen Clark pleaded not guilty in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Jan. 17.

Jerah Bell Gasser pleaded not guilty in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Jan. 17.

A felony arraignment for Shonkon Christy-Lacounte was continued until Aug. 17.

Charles William Thompson entered a not guilty plea in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Dec. 19.

An arraignment for Lisa G. Wimett was continued until Sept. 7.

Dante McDougall entered a not guilty plea in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Dec. 19.

Darius McDougall entered a not guilty plea in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Dec. 19.

An omnibus hearing for Aaron James Pichette was continued until Aug. 17.

An omnibus hearing for Solomon Preston Bolen was held.

An omnibus hearing for Gordon Larry Ahenakew, Jr. was held.

A hearing on a petition to revoke a suspended or deferred sentence for Shanley Marshelle Thompson was continued until Aug. 17.

A warrant was issued for Patrick Lee Hammer, Jr. after he did not show up for court.

A hearing on fitness to proceed was set for Aug. 17 in a case involving Jimmy Lynn Thomas.

Brandon Richmond Turner changed his plea to guilty in a felony case. Sentencing was set for Nov. 2.

Lucas Edward Onehorn was not present for a change of plea. The hearing was continued until Sept. 7.

Michael Anthony Assiniboine Jr pleaded guilty in a 2016 felony case. Another 2016 felony case will likely be dismissed. A change of plea for a 2015 felony case is set for Sept. 7.

Nicholas Olson entered a not guilty plea in a felony case. A jury trial was set for Jan. 17.
