FROM THE BENCH OF RANDAL OWENS: 

Christopher James Crame, 29, forfeited a $120 bond for speeding 65 mph in a 55 mph one. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Keio Dee Salmonson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating with an expired registration and operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $70 in court costs.

Scott Alan Mann, 35, forfeited a $120 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Dean A. Sauter, 59, was found guilty of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $250, ordered to spend 90 days in jail with all of that time suspended. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Angela Lynn Whitlow, 46, was found guilty of reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $250, ordered to spend 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, and assessed $35 in court fees.

Mandy Marie Turpin, 38, was found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence, second offense and driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was fined $1,200, ordered to spend 1 year in jail with 358 days suspended, and assessed $85 in court costs.

Robert John Gallaher, 32, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Kevin John Pederson, 39, forfeited a $250 bond for driving on a closed road or trail on state land. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Sereina Eunice Arroyo, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license.

Bret Taylor, 56, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance, first offense and driving without a valid license. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $70 in court costs.

Elliot James Parker, 23, pleaded guilty to not having liability insurance, third offense. He was fined $500, ordered to spend 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended, and assessed $35 in court costs.

Gerard Frank Ouellette, 67, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Jamie C. Stroop, 40, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without a proper license and a seatbelt violation. He was fined $220, ordered to spend six days in jail with four days suspended, and assessed $35 in court costs.

Wyatt Michael Deering, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Ralph David Johnson, 70, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and assessed $85 in court costs.

Christopher N. Marengo, 40, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Zachary Emmanuel Mohler, 25, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Codey L. McKee-Asbury, 25, forfeited a $20 vond for a seatbelt violation.

Margaret Henderson, 50, forfeited a $50 bond for parking in prohibited spaces.

Burke F. Tilton, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance, first offense, posessing alcohol while under age 21, first offense and a stop sign violation. He was fined $400 and assessed $155 in court costs.

Ranae Dupuis, 42, forfeited a $50 bond for failing to stop at an invasive species management station. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Catherine Janusz, 56, forfeited a $50 bond for failing to stop at an invasive species management station.

William Russi Weaver, 76, forfeited a $50 bond for failing to stop at an invasive species management station.

Jason Pharr Barbee, 34, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Rochelle L. Selfors, 27, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Robin Craig Bunker, 55, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Christopher John Ellingson, 57,, forfeited a $60 bond for speeding 72 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Travis Blake McWilliams, 21, forfeited a $60 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Mark Wesley Shackelford, 34, forfeited a $50 bond for improper passing. He was assessed $35 in court fees.
