Jennah Lynn Siegfried, 26, was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $2,000 with $800 suspended and ordered to spend one year in jail, with 358 days suspended. She was assessed $85 in court fees.

David Allen McClure, 41,was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended and driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $800 and ordered to serve 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $140 in court costs.

Emily Susan Esch, 62, was convicted of driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater, first offense. She was fined $1,000, with $400 suspended, and ordered to pay $85 in court costs.

Brittany KD Maclea-Kasselder, 46, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Sean Patrick Forget, 31,was found guilty of unlawful restraint and destruction/tampering of communication device. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with all time suspended.

Jerry Lynn Walton, 64, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

William Ray Shook, 58, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was find $1,200 and ordered to spend a year in jail, with all but one week suspended. He was assessed $85 in court fees.

James C. Murray, 45, forfeited a $50 bond for failure to stop at an invasive species management area check station.

Loralee Sand Graves, 52, pleaded guilty to having a vicious dog that was unlicensed. She was fined $100 and ordered to spend $35 in court costs.

Machaela Daniela Roberts, 18, pleaded guilty to driving 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. She was fined $70 and ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

Faith Meusey, 36, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding 86 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Steven Gerard Nys, 56, forfeited a $100 bond for two counts of passing in no passing zone. He was assessed a $70 fee.

Edward Andrew Fitzpatrick, 22, forfeited a $100 bond for failing to pay fees. He was assessed $35 in court fees.

Kenneth D. Jennings forfeited a $275 bond for seatbelt violation and operating without liability insurance in effect. He was assessed $35 in court fees.

Justine Elaine Morigeau, 26, forfeited a $270 bond for operating without liability insurance and a seatbelt violation. She was assessed $35 in court fees.

Vince Michael Cianciolo, 50, forfeited a $50 bond for parking in prohibited spaces. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Vonda Lea McGarvey, 53, forfeited a $50 bond for parking in prohibited spaces. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Joshua Carothers, 24, forfeited a bond for parking in prohibited spaces. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Jacob Thomas Anderson, 27, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Rodney Ervin Roberts, 42, pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and operating without liability insurance. He was fined $270 and ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

Brian Patrick Posivio, 44, forfeited a $100 bond for disorderly conduct. He was assessed $85 in court costs.

Margaret Ann Morris, 63, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.
