Mission Valley Senior Center Ronan presents theft info

Thirty-six percent of individuals at 50 years of age or older are victims of identity theft. Dan Buchta of the Better Business Bureau will make a presentation on how to protect yourself on Friday, Aug. 26 during our birthday dinner. All ages are welcome at the center.

Center opens at 9 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. All our meals are open to the public of any age and wheelchair accessible.

All meals come with fruit, veggies, bread and dessert.

Friday, Aug. 26: roast beef

Monday, Aug. 29: pork stir fry

Wednesday, Aug. 31: tuna rice bake, crafts & painting class 1 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 2: cheese burgers

For free transportation to Mission Valley Senior Center call 676-2368.

Home-delivered meals are available to shut-ins. Call the center before 10:30 a.m. to get or cancel a meal. Call 676-2371.
