DONALD W. JOHNSTON

Donald W. Johnston, 84, of Scottsdale, Ariz. and Polson, passed away on Nov. 24. Don was a modest, quiet spoken man — someone whom you could always depend on. Being from a military family he attended many different schools until his four years at the U. S. Naval Academy graduating in 1956. He retired from military service as a Navy Captain in 1979, having served his country proudly spending many hours as a carrier pilot. After his Navy career he earned Master and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration, followed with government defense work. He continued his interest in flying as a private pilot making many friends at Carefree, Ariz. and Polson airports. He is survived by his wife Greta of Scottsdale and Polson and Robert of Wapello, Iowa. Arrangements to remain private.
