Charles Justin Powell, 50, was fined $2,500 for driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was assessed $85 in court costs and sentenced to serve 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended.

Patrick S. Smout, 48, was fined $450 for attempting to hunt or trap a game animal without a license and an altering, loaning and transferring a license. He was assessed $70 in court costs and had his hunting and fishing licenses suspended for two years.

Tamara Kim Fragua, 54, was fined $100 for motor carrier non compliance. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Scott Tyler Wilson, 26, was fined $250 for failing to quickly report an accident. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Kelsey Nicole Hanson, 25, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding.

Rachael Jean Jacobson, 21, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

Adam Ray Schwarz, forfeited $40 in bonds for speeding and a seatbelt violation. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Dominic Clay King, 37, was fined $100 for speeding. He was assessed $35 in court costs.
