WILLIAM O. “BILL” SEIFERT
Born in Polson on July 5, 1954, Bill passed away on Dec. 14 in Spokane, Wash. He lived in Okanogan, Tonasket, Wilson Creek and Moses Lake before moving to Spokane in 1990. After graduating from Wilson Creek, he began his career as a truck driver. He had a great love for the long open road and the longer stories.
He is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Joan Seifert. Bill is survived by his wife of 21 years, Virginia; daughter Jackie (Jason) Johnston and son Nick (Brittany) Rash; six grandchildren, Brad, Eric, Morgan, Evan, Makalya and Elizabeth; one sister, Roxy (Barry) Ireland of Sandpoint, Idaho; two nieces, Kayla and Shannon and their families.
Special thanks goes to DaVita North Spokane, Spokane Fire Dept. and STA Paratransit System for their years of care and service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 29, at 11:30 a.m. in the Gathering Place at Turning Point Open Bible Church, 11527 N Division, Spokane, Wash.
