MARY ANN SCHMITZ

Mary Ann Schmitz was

born September 7, 1924 – died February 8, 2016.

Born to Christian and Catherine Feucht, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Schmitz, her Mother, Father, and six brothers and sisters: Ervin Feucht, Stanley Feucht, George Feucht, Jim Feucht, Louise Scott, and Nellie Feucht.

She is survived by a stepson, two step-granddaughters, and many nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann married Robert Schmitz on July 14, 1943. Robert served in the Army Air Force during the war.  

After the war they lived in Woodland, Calif., where they operated an auto repair shop for many years.  After retirement, they moved to St. Ignatius, where Mary Ann was born.  

They made many friends in the area and she will be missed by all. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. in the Foster Funeral Home in St. Ignatius. 

Afterwards, she will be laid to rest by her husband.
