A hearing for a petition for habeas corpus filed by Lela E. Graham was continued until July 20.

A sentencing for Mariah Antiste was continued until Aug. 31. Antiste entered a not guilty plea to another felony charge, with a jury trial set for December. An arraignment on another felony charge was delayed.

A sentencing for Ashley Rae Hewankorn was continued until July 20.

A sentencing for Justin Dennis Nicholas was continued until July 20.

A sentencing for Robert Clark was continued until Aug. 31.

Eldon Gene Runsthrough was not present for a sentencing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Sentencing for Libby Mae Davis was continued until Sept. 28.

Sentencing for Bernina Sunrise Vanmeter was continued until July 20.

Gage Daniel Stroop received a two-year deferred sentence.

Sarah Mae McClure entered a not guilty plea to a felony charge. A jury trial was set for Dec. 19.

Charges against Tiffany Marie Lee-McCrea were dismissed.

Nicholas Ayers Olson entered a not guilty plea to a felony charge.

An omnibus hearing for Chase Aaron Merchant was continued until July 20.

An omnibus hearing for Lenae Nicole Peasley determined that a jury trial was still on schedule.

A count against Heather Bird Rose was dismissed.

A count against Samantha Elizabeth Kelly was dismissed.

James Douglas Lott changed his plea to guilty for criminal possession with intent to distribute. Sentencing was set for Oct. 26.

Robert P Chiefstick entered a guilty plea to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Sentencing was set for Sept. 7.

A bond hearing for James Parker was continued until July 20.

Jason David Weldele was released on his own recognizance after a bail hearing.

A status hearing determined that a jury trial for Gordon Larry Ahenakew, Jr. was still on schedule.

Joshua Lefthand was sentenced to the Montana Department of Corrections for five years with none suspended.

A hearing was held on the merits of a case against Patrick Lee Hammer, Jr. The next hearing in the case was set for Aug. 10.

Joseph Kauley entered a not guilty plea to a felony count. A jury trial was set for Oct. 24.

Douglas G. Branson entered a not guilty plea to a felony count. A jury trial was set for Oct. 24.

Colby Ford Wolfenden entered a not guilty plea to a felony count. A jury trial was set for Oct. 24.
