FROM THE BENCH OF DEBORAH KIM CHRISTOPHER:

A revocation hearing for Sarah Kvinta was set for Aug. 9.

An extradition hearing for Kyle Thomas Peterson was continued until July 28.

A sentencing for Roberta Rodda was continued until Aug. 4.

Crystal Dawn Hunt was sentenced to three years with the Montana Department of Corrections for one felony count. Another count was dismissed.

An arraignment for Nick Elliot Burland was continued until July 28.

An arraignment for Raymond M. Roder was continued until July 28.

Jody Lynn Irvine was not present for an arraignment. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

An arraignment for Krista Leigh Kraft was continued until Aug. 4.

Tasheena Diaz entered a not guilty plea to a felony count. A jury trial was set for Nov. 9.

Robert Kenneth Santschi entered a not guilty plea. A jury trial was set for Nov. 9.

An arraignment for Bradley Joseph Rasmussen was continued until July 28.

Marlo Albia Tonkaset was sentenced to 10 years with the Montana Department of Correctionswith five years suspended.

A felony count against Jazmin Auld was dismissed.

An omnibus hearing for Spencer Sias was continued until Aug. 4.

Lashelle Brooke Yellow Owl pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Sentencing was set for Sept. 15. A second felony count will be dismissed at sentencing.

Paul Mahoney appeared on a petition to revoke. He was released on his own recognizance with conditions. A hearing was set for Aug. 25

A hearing to revoke a suspended or deferred sentence was set for July 28.

Derick Leon Tungwenuk entered general denials to allegations that he violated conditions of probation. A hearing was set for Aug. 25. He was released on his own recognizance with an alcohol monitoring bracelet.

FROM THE BENCH OF JAMES A. MANLEY:

Trenton Blackweasel entered a not guilty plea to two felony counts. A jury trial was set for Dec. 19.

A hearing on extraditing Justin Dennis Nichols was held. In another case Nichols was sentenced to the Montana Department of Corrections, with credit for 54 days time served, consecutive to a federal sentence.

Ashley Rae Hewankorn was sentenced to 16 years in Montana State Prison for multiple felony cases.

A sentencing for Jose Andres Gonzalez was continued until Aug. 17.

A warrant was issued for Charles Moreno, Jr. after he did not show up for an arraignment.

A warrant was issued for Cedric Jaylin Russell after he did not show up for an arraignment.

A warrant was issued for Kirsten Wayman after she was not present at an arraignment.

Tracy Renee McQueen pleaded not guilty to a felony charge. A jury trial was set for Nov. 14.

Chase Aaron Merchant entered a guilty plea. Sentencing was set for Sept. 7.

Jiry Hammond appeared on a petition to revoke a suspended or deferred sentence. The hearing was continued until July 27.

A sentencing for Ashlee Marie Coyle was set for Sept. 14.

A hearing for two felony cases involving Michale Anthony Assniboine, Jr. was continued until July 27.

A warrant was issued for Misty Hendrickson after she was not present for a hearing.
