From the bench of Lake County District Court Judge James A. Manley on May 11: 

Sean Dean Ogle, revoked. Sentenced to 15 years in the Department of Corrections with 10 years suspended with treatment as the Department of Corrections deems appropriate.

Peter Joseph Lumpry, sentencing continued to May 18.

Ronald Bernarnd Cadena, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections with none suspended. Screened for chemical dependency program.

Michelle J. Nault, sentenced deferred for three years. 

Francis Jackson, sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections, none suspended.

Michael Lee Berger, sentencing continued to June 8 per order.

Angel Xavier Catha, sentencing continued to May 18, per letter from Probation.

Rueben Daniel Cutfinger, sentenced to two years deferred and enroll in Tribal re-entry program. 

Jule Rose Brueggeman, arraignment held. Pleaded not guilty. Omnibus hearing Sept. 7. Jury trial Oct. 17. Released on own recognizance.

Shrley Ann Felsman, not present for arraignment or omnibus hearing. TSO vacated. Warrant issued.

Jimmy Lynn Thomas, not present. Arraignment not held. Continued to May 18.

James J. McGuire, pleaded not guilty. Omnibus hearing Sept. 7. Jury trial Oct. 17.

Sherry Leigh Kohfeld, pleaded not guilty. Omnibus hearing Sept. 7. Jury trial Oct. 17.

Eldon Gene Runsthrough, change of plea hearing. Pleaded guilty to felony theft and misdemeanor theft. PSI ordered. Sentencing July 13. Released on his own recognizance.

Jason Albert Courville, change of plea hearing May 18.

Jasmin D. Shourds, omnibus hearing held. Jury trial June 20.

Joseph C. Parizeau, omnibus hearing held. Jury trial June 20.

Michael Shane Smith, omnibus hearing held. Jury trial June 20.

Robert Clark, not present. Status conference continued to May 18.

Ronald Melvin Parnell, change of plea hearing held. Pleaded guilty. Sentencing June 22.

Stein Erick Anderson, change of plea hearing held. Guilty. Sentenced to one year in Lake County Jail with all of that time but 48 hours suspended and credit for time served and considered for probation.

Terry Herold Foss, change of plea hearing held. Guilty. Sentenced to six months in Lake County Jail with all that time but 24 hours suspended.

Robert Chiefstick, hearing to answer to petition to revoke continued to May 18.

Misty Hendrickson, hearing to answer to petition to revoke continued to June 1.

Eldon Gene Runsthrough, arraignment held. Pleaded guilty. Sentencing July 13.
