Justin M. Olson, 33, was fined $50 for criminal possession of a dangerous drug (marijuana, less than 60 grams (first offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Veronica Partida, 32, was fined $500 ($250 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (178 suspended) for driving while license suspended or revoked. She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 31, was fined $50 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Nathan Taylor Wise, 29, was fined $300 ($200 suspended), sentenced to 20 days in jail (suspended) and ordered to pay $766.93 in restitution for failure to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property/fixtures along a highway (first offense). He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Shadrick Dee Rich, 22, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended) for failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in a vehicle (second offense). She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

He was also assessed $110 in court costs.

Joseph T. Summers, 51, was fined $510 ($400 suspended) for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also assessed $75 in court costs.

Michael Gregory Huus, 29, was fined $50 for improper passing. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Max Albert Krantz, 54, was fined $50 for driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Brooklan Tenille Silliker, 21, was fined $20 for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

William Sherman Johnston, Jr., 59, was fined $20 for driving 70 mph in a 60 mph zone. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Mary Therese Bangen, 61, was fined $20 for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Dustin Clyde Dyck, 24, was fined $20 for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Thomas Henry Tibbles, 22, was fined $20 for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.
