Polson senior center to offer meals, games

Acupuncture is a jab well done. That’s the point of it.

Due to a time-out by our bingo personnel, there will be no bingo on April 28.

The top scorer at bridge on Tuesday, April 18, was Max Neeley again. Second place went to Roxie Brown.

Update on my knee injury: I’m still wearing a brace, most of the time. Sometimes, I wander away without my cane and wonder where I left it. I’m doing therapy three times a week. The electric stimulant can be intense. It’s kind of like hitting yourself in the head with a hammer; it feels so good when you stop.

The lunch menu for the coming week:

Thursday, April 27: Polish dogs, mac & cheese

Friday, April 28: Roast beef birthday lunch, whipped potatoes

Monday, May 1: Spaghetti, garlic bread

Tuesday, May 2: Meat loaf, whipped potatoes

Wednesday May 3: Hashbrown bake, link sausage

All meals include vegetables and a dessert.

Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
