| August 24, 2017 11:42 AM

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael C. Anderson announces his sudden passing on August 7, 2017, in Salem, Oregon, at the age of 58 years. Michael will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his sister, Nicole Slattery of El Paso, Texas, his brother, Richard Culver of Jefferson City, Montana, his nephews Wesley Redekop, Beau Culver and Joey Culver, in addition to the many friends and people whose lives he touched.

Michael was born in Great Falls but Polson was home and where he grew up and spent his childhood and teen years. Although his marriage didn’t last it did produce one child, James Michael Anderson, who was the absolute love and light of his father.

Michael was a successful businessman within the Domino’s Pizza Corporation and later changed careers as a Driving School Instructor and then Self-Employed as a Medical Transporter.

Michael was predeceased by his son, James Anderson of Salem, his mother, Eileen Hathaway, his step-father, William (Bill) Hathaway, both of Polson, brother Robert Allen of Polson, and his birth father, Vern Anderson of Butte.

Memorial donations in memory of Michael can be made to any animal rescue foundation to honor his love and compassion for animals.
