Ronan senior center to offer foot clinic, tax help

Well, I guess we get six more weeks of winter. Big surprise. Hopefully, it will warm up a lot. Everyone seems to be tired of the cold.

Don’t forget that our Thursday evening meal is this week. We will be having a great chicken dinner, and start serving at 5:30 p.m.

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Monday, Feb. 13. The cook is planning to serve chicken parmesan that day. We will also be having a 50-50 drawing that day, along with some door prizes. Come on in for a great meal and to test your luck.

The Bridge players meet here at 1 p.m. on Mondays, painting/crafts is at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays and the Monday night Pinochle players will meet at 7 p.m. Feb. 20.

The foot clinic is from 10 a.m. until noon Wednesday, Feb. 15.

The AARP tax preparers are here every Wednesday until April 15. Call into the Center at 676-2371 and we will set up with an appointment.

Anyone can join us for our meals and other functions. You don’t have to be a senior or a member of the Center.
