Anti-Sharia law campaign necessary

It is shocking to read the comments in opposition to Montana’s SB97, prohibiting the application of foreign laws into Montana courts. Those speaking in opposition at the senate hearings on the bill show that they are extremely naïve or uninformed.

Two years ago, there were 146 cases in 32 states where Islam’s Sharia law was attempted to be used. That number has increased since then. These cases are well documented in a book, “Shariah in American Courts.”

The uninformed apparently do not realize that there is a difference between the practice of the Muslim faith and the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood and its 29 affiliated organizations. There are peaceful Muslims who only want to practice their religion, which is protected under our U.S. Constitution. The Muslim Brotherhood has been hiding its agenda of Islamic stealth or civilization jihad behind the facade of the Muslim religion. Their whole goal is to replace our Constitution with Sharia Law and thus convert America into another caliphate.

SB 97 provides protection in Montana as in other states which have adopted laws prohibiting the practice of foreign law, Opponents would be the same ones clamoring for “women’s rights”. There is nothing that violates women’s rights as boldly as Sharia Law!

I would suggest that if you want to speak on legislation protecting our people from Sharia Law, that you find out what it really is. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Why wait until the fox is in the hen house to put up a fence?

With an Islamic center well established in Bozeman, our Montana courts need this protective measure.
