Polson center to offer driving class
The first five days after the weekend are the hardest. And this week proved that with snow, ice and more of the above. Still, look at what the rest of the country is getting and realize that we live in a pretty special place.
More people than usual came last Thursday for Wanda’s meatloaf during the ice and rain, proving that when the going gets tough the tough get going. Most people would walk a mile for her meatloaf (alternative facts). I’ve learned a lot from this new president.

The veteran’s representative will be here Feb. 21 from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
The AARP safe driving class will also be held here Feb. 21. Call to get on the list.

Senior bowling results: Cris Alter and Don Young both had 260 high games. Cris and Larry Alter took high series, 660 and 689 respectively. Frani Basta, 726, and Larry Alter, 776, had the handicap series.

Friday, Feb. 17: Hot turkey sandwich, whipped potatoes
Monday, Feb. 20: Pizza, green salad
Tuesday, Feb. 21: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Hashbrown bake, link sausages, muffin
All meals include vegetables and a dessert.
