The Purple Rain held their own against the likes of this AA championship caliber softball team. The Great Falls Xplosion are comprised mainly of Great Falls High players with a sprinkling of Eastern BC Great Falls Central Catholic contributors. Five all-conference recipients inclusive of a trio of Great Falls Trib Super-Staters along with two Eastern AA all-staters infuse their roster. The Lady Bison of Great Falls were runnerup finishers in the State AA tournament this past Spring and twice beat the Purple Rain at last week‘s SPLASH tournament 6-0 and 11-1.
