Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Polson City-County Planning Board will on Tuesday, the 14th day of March, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Polson City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, Montana, hold a public hearing for the purpose of a proposed map amendment (zone change) to the City of Polson Zoning Districts Map. The proposal is to rezone a total of 5.96 acres in the Ridgewater Subdivision from Highway Commercial Zoning District and Medium Density Residential Zoning District to Mixed Residential Zoning District. CITY OF POLSON ******REQUEST FOR BID ****** The City is requesting sealed bids for the Polson Bay Golf Course - Olde Course - Irrigation Renovation Project. To be considered for award, the bid must state the name and number of the project, be addressed to the City Clerk, City of Polson, 106 First Street East, Polson, Montana 59860 and be received by 4:00 P.M. local time on March 28, 2017, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time of the public opening of bids. The opening and reading of the bids will occur at City Hall, 106 First Street East, Polson, Montana. The proposed project consists of permitting, labor, equipment and overhead to 1) remove existing irrigation heads, remove existing valve boxes and 2) install new irrigation mainline, laterals, valves, rotors, field satellite power wire and control wire. Contractor will connect new mainline to the existing pump station discharge and extend mainline and connect to existing mainline on the 18 hole championship course.
