SECOND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PUBLIC HEARING Lake County Commissioners will hold the second public Hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:30 PM, in the Commissioner's Meeting Room at 106 4th Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860, in conjunction with Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana (CAPNM) for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding a proposed application to the Montana Department of Commerce's Community Development Block Grant, (CDBG) Program for Single Family, Owner Occupied Self-Help Rehab. This program assists income eligible home owners to repair and improve their homes, remove health and safety hazards and address handicapped accessibility issues in Lake County. At the public hearing, the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed area of the project activities, budget, possible sources of funding, and if applicable, any costs that may impact local citizens as a result of the project. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to express their opinions regarding this proposed project. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before 5 PM on November 10th.
