Legal Notice Paramount Equipment, d/b/a/ Montana Solid Rock, has applied to amend Operating Permit No. 00172 to include two additional quarry sites. Montana Solid Rock produces sandstone and decorative rock under the operating permit. The first site is known as Quarry 1 and is currently being mined by Montana Solid Rock under Small Miner Exclusion Statement No. 35-058.
