Today at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., a one-hour story time for children ages 3-5, their siblings and caregivers will be offered. “Chinook in a Book” is this week’s selection. Next week on Feb. 1, children will help celebrate Groundhog’s day with “The Groundhogs Awake.”

Story time takes place every Thursday at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Beginning at 2 p.m. on Jan. 30, a free core computer class will be offered, “Email and Email Systems, Part 1.”

Reserve a spot in the class by contacting Heather at the circulation desk, 883-8225.

February is “I Love to Read Month,” and North Lake County Public Library District in Polson is offering its annual Adopt-a-Book program.

During the month of February, patrons may “adopt” a children’s book and present it to the library’s collection.

A book to honor or remember a special person or event can be purchased for $15.

Once a book is purchased, a plaque will be inscribed and placed inside.

For more information, contact the library at 883-8225.
