The Polson High School football team fell to Libby 62-20 in Friday night’s contest at Libby.

The Pirates have struggled since losing their starting quarterback at-the start of the season Colby Soderquist to a season-ending knee injury he suffered during practice. Prior to-the season, Polson lost last season’s starting quarterback Bo Kelley to a torn ACL he suffered during basketball season.

Though Kelley doesn’t have a timetable for his return, he is projected to return before the end of the season as he recovers from his injury.

With the victory, Libby improved it’s record to 2-4-1, and Polson fell to 0-6, 0-2, and will host Whitefish this Friday at Polson High School for their Homecoming game.
