Seven busted in Polson drug raid

Seven people were arrested on drug charges following a raid Friday, Aug. 31, in Polson in the 600 block of Second Street West.

Those people and their charges include:

Tiana Buehl, distribution of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Tru Schultz, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Jordan Morgan, distribution of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Khyle Gardipe, distribution of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Martina Aripa, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Ellen Caye, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Devon Dechenne, three outstanding arrest warrants.

In a press release from Polson Police Sgt. George Simpson, methamphetamine, prescription pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were reported seized.

No children were in the residence and there were no injuries during the search, he added.

The raid was a result of community members informing the department.

“We appreciate all those who came forward sending the message that together — as a united community — we will protect our community and create a peaceful harmony,” Police Chief Wade Nash stated.
