A number of those lots are owned by the original developer. To avoid difficulties for that owner, lots still owned by the owner will not be charged now, but will be assessed now, with the P & I assessed on those lots paid in full upon the sale or lease of the same on or before December 31, 2025. Those funds shall repay Lake County any amounts advanced to complete this project prior to payment by those lots. No costs will result to the City or its residents in regard to the County's agreement with the developer; WHEREAS, the City of Polson and Lake signed a Joint Resolution to move forward with creating the Rural Improvement District to Pave a Portion of Irvine Flats Road on March 4, 2019.
