Big Arm concert

Everyone is invited to a free outdoor concert at the Big Arm historic 100-year schoolhouse on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 3 to 5 p.m. featuring Charles Lutz and the Slickbacks. The band will be playing 50s and 60s rock n' roll and country and Western music. Bring your favorite lawn chair, food, and non-alcoholic beverage, and enjoy a great community event. Social distancing is encouraged plus there will be plenty of room to spread out. As always, donations are gladly accepted for the maintenance of the schoolhouse. Jam session

A monthly jam session open to all musicians/singers is currently being held at The Lake Bar in Polson. The group meets the first Sunday of every month, with next one on Sept. 6. The jam is from 1 to 4 p.m. Musicians must bring own equipment. Spectators are welcome.
