Request for Proposal Lake County Road Shop - Charlo Lake County Montana is requesting proposals for the construction of a Road Maintenance shop to be located in Charlo, MT. All proposals shall be for a turnkey facility made from US steel. At a minimum qualified proposals should include a complete set of construction plans for a 122' x 60' floor plan on reinforced thickened edge slab with a minimum clear under rafter flange of 16.8'. Building to include 7 ea. 14' x 15' remote powered overhead doors (5 on east wall, 1 each on north and south walls), a central slotted floor drain to 1,000 gallon buried tank. An internal office and restroom of approx. 450 SF with stairs to a storage loft above. Heat sources will include a Clean Burn CB 2500 waste oil furnace as well as a propane forced air furnace for main shop and electric base board heat for office and restroom. Facility shall have concealed insulation of R-39 or better. Lighting shall be LED. Proposals will include hook ups for water, sewer, and electrical 200 amp service. Notice of Close of Regular Voter Registration and Option for Late Registration for the City of Polson Resort Tax Election Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for the City of Polson Resort Tax Election to be held on February 2nd 2021 will close at 5:00 p.m., on January 4th 2021. *Note: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the local election office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.
