Petition to revoke for Gabriel Louis Shepard (felony theft) continued to Feb. 24

Marcus Steven Padilla, 37, Polson, pleaded guilty to two counts of partner or family member assault, misdemeanor; sentenced to one year suspended on each count to run concurrently; credit for 114 days served.

Nathaniel Erwan Bird, 35, Coeur d’Alene, pleaded guilty to felony theft; sentenced to 18 months at Montana State Prison; credit for 18 days served.

David Mamitiff Espinoza, 39, Big Arm, sentenced to 3 years suspended with the Department of Corrections for failure to register as a violent or sex offender; credit for 12 days served.

Tobias Keith Mitchell pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Patrick Lewis Lozeau Jr. pleaded guilty to DUI 4th or subsequent, felony; sentencing set for Feb. 17.

Shayla Marie Beaumont pleaded guilty to criminal endangerment, felony; sentencing set for Feb. 17.

Hearing on petition to revoke for Francis C. Snell (felony theft and burglary) set for March 24.

Ryan Scott Broadbrooks pleaded guilty to felony theft; sentencing set for Feb. 17.
