Cha-cha-cha!
3. Movin’ to the Music: Wednesday, Jan. 15, 5-6 p.m.
The Holidays are over, winter is truly here and you know you need to move your body… is there any way to make this fun?! We here at the Library think so, and invite you to join us premiering a new kind of program called MOVIN’ TO THE MUSIC.
Drawing inspiration from a variety of sources including classroom music, folk dance, and assisted living activities, this multi-generational family-friendly hour of movement will explore several ways of incorporating gentle movement and music. It’s colorful. It’s rhythmic. It’s what January needs. Wear comfy shoes.
