Bucs buckle against Broncs in Frenchtown
At Frenchtown, the visiting Pirates intended to play a close contest much like their earlier encounter, but the host Broncs were better prepared for a quicker start this time around. Although the Pirates held the two leading scorers for the Broncs below their per game average, Frenchtown compensated by spreading the wealth around as well as still placed a trio in double figures to counter Polson lead scorers. Both teams could yet find themselves squaring off yet again during the postseason.
Polson hosts visiting Ronan for round two of their Rez roundball rivalry wrangle this Friday as SKC gym.

Conference clashes result in Ronan road rash
The visiting Chiefs came out on the short end of a pair of conference contests this past weekend that inflicted a bout of road rash upon their NWA record with the consequent losses.
At Browning, the Chiefs only trailed the host Indians by two possessions at the half. While Ronan played Browning even during the final frame, a third period lull would be their undoing.
The following evening at Libby, the visiting Chiefs only trailed by a single possession at the half, but were unable to harnass a momentum shift to reverse their fortunes.
The Chiefs travel to SKC gym this Friday for round two of their Rez roundball rivalry wrangle with Polson. Frosh and JV boys play in Ronan on Thursday.
