Notice of Close of Regular Voter Registration and Option for Late Registration for School District Elections Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for all School Elections to be held on May 5, 2020 will close at 5:00 p.m., on April 6, 2020. *NOTE: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the local election office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot. Voters in School District #73 and School District #38 (who reside in Lake County) will need to register at the Lake County Election Office and bring proof of registration to their school clerk to be issued a ballot. The bidder shall carry out all applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts As required by 49 CFR Part 26, the Airport Authority is required to create a bidders list, consisting of information about all DBE and non-DBE firms that bid or quote on DOT-assisted contracts. The purpose of this requirement is to allow use of the bidders list approach to calculating future overall DBE goals. As per the requirements of the Proposal section, all Prime Bidders submitting bids on this project must submit, with his or her bid, a list including the name, address, and DBE/non-DBE status of all subcontractors and suppliers that bid or quote for work under this contract. Failure to provide this information, as outlined in the Proposal section, will make the bidder non-responsive and not eligible for award of the contract. Funding and Award.
