Blue Hawks overwhelm Warriors

The Arlee Warriors ran into a buzzsaw on Friday night.

Thompson Falls quarterback Roman Sparks ran for two touchdowns and threw three TD passes as the Blue Hawks improved to 5-0 with a 52-0 win on Homecoming Night in Arlee.

Thompson Falls took a 36-0 lead into halftime.

It was the Blue Hawks’ fourth consecutive shutout, and the win propelled them to a No. 3 ranking in the state, according to 406mtsports.com.

Halle was crowned Homecoming queen, while Colt Crawford was crowned king.

The Warriors are 2-2 in Western Conference play and 2-3 overall heading into their rivalry game Friday night at St. Ignatius (2-3, 2-3).
