Sentencing on revocation for Joseph Allen Cahoon, 60, Pablo continued to April 21.

Lawrence D. Keele entered an open plea to a charge of DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony; sentencing set for May 19.

Andrew Orlando Bigleggins, 32, Ronan, sentenced to five years DOC for felony strangulation of a partner or family member-second of subsequent offense.

Shonko Christy-Lacounte, 23, St. Ignatius, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal mischief and three counts of theft, all felonies; jury trial set for Sept. 7.

Aaron James Jolstead, 34, Ronan, pleaded guilty to two counts of probation violation as part of a plea agreement; charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs dismissed; sentenced to two five-year terms DOC, to run concurrently; credit for 45 days jail time.

Carla Mae Matt sentenced to four years DOC, all suspended, for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; fined $5,000.

Matthew Logan Semsak, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony theft as part of a plea agreement; charge of felony burglary dismissed; sentencing set for May 19.

A petition to revoke against Grady Harold Sullivan was dismissed.

James J. McGuire, 38, Charlo, pleaded guilty to two counts of probation violation; sentencing set for June 2.

Amy Bernice Devereaux, 58, Arlee, pleaded guilty to probation violation as part of a plea agreement; sentenced on revocation to three years DOC, all suspended; credit for one year street time.

Petition to revoke against Christopher James Irvine, 46, Pablo, was dismissed.

Arraignment for Billy Dean Smith, 56, for sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent, both felonies, continued to April 15.

Leasa Sierra Moore, 21, pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide and theft, both felonies; jury trial set for Oct. 25.

Ashley M. Upham pleaded guilty to misdemeanor negligent endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to one year DOC, all suspended.

Danika Felsman pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession with intent to distribute; jury trial set for Oct.

Warrant requested for Anthony Thomas Parizeau for failure to appear at arraignment for charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Arraignment for Peter L. Dumont for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to April 8.

Warrant requested for Zachary Taylor Remmers for failure to appear at omnibus hearing on charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Bambi Ann Waugh pleaded guilty to probation violation as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for April 8.

Bruce Wayne Altman pleaded guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 20.

Shaylynn Jamie Reid, 24, St. Ignatius, received a six-year deferred sentence for bail jumping, burglary and forgery, all felonies; charge of felony accountability for burglary dismissed; charge of felony theft reduced to misdemeanor; ordered to pay $4,731 in restitution; credit for 130 days jail time.

Warrant requested for Nickalie Chadwick Pierre for failure to appear at arraignment for two counts of felony burglary.

Warrant requested for Tacy Mae Moniere for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and elder abuse.

Dale Iseman, 70, pleaded not guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent; jury trial set for Oct. 25.

Juanita Marie Hawkins-Kaminsky, 46, pleaded not guilty to felony possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Oct. 25.

Revocation hearing for Stoney Randal Corcoran, 50, continued to April 8.
