Marion Arthur Burnside, 41, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Nicholas Rey Rios, 41, fined $1,000 with $900 suspended and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended for partner of family member assault-first offense.
