Michael James Pierre pleaded guilty to misdemeanor partner or family member assault as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to one year in jail, with all but 18 days suspended; credit for 18 days jail time; fined $100.

Orlando M. Powell, 47, sentenced to three years DOC for felony theft; state dismissed charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 84 days jail time.

Jakob Birdsley, 36, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal child endangerment; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

William Isaac Ness, 55, Pablo, sentenced to three years DOC with all but 21 days suspended for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 21 days jail time.

Arraignment for Deneil Ross Joseph for felony criminal possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor criminal possession of drug paraphernalia continued to April 22.

Warrant requested for Cory William Hawkins, 44, Pablo, for failure to appear for omnibus hearing for felony partner or family member assault.

Kasey Allen Pier, 30, Charlo, sentenced on revocation to three years DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 137 days jail time; ordered to pay approximately $380 restitution; sentenced to four years, all suspended, for felony burglar; sentenced to one year, all suspended, for felony bail jumping; state dismissed one count of felony theft.

Jonathan Wayne Charlo, 35, sentenced to two years DOC for felony bail jumping.

Eugene Michael Parker, 24, St. Ignatius, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and felony theft; jury trial set for Oct. 12.

Shanice Annalyn Miles, 20, pleaded not guilty to criminal endangerment, burglary, theft and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, all felonies; jury trial set for Nov. 8; bond hearing set for April 22.

Joseph Brown, 36, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession with intent to distribute and felony criminal endangerment; jury trial set for Nov. 8.
