James Brian Dughman, 58, Proctor, pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea deal; state dismissed charge of DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; sentencing set for June 9.

Warrant requested for Christina Marie Huntsman for failure to appear at hearing on answer to petition to revoke.

Billy Dean Smith pleaded not guilty to sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent, both felonies; jury trial set for Sept. 24.

William Claude Miller received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; state dismisses charge of DUI.

Kevin Katon received a three-year deferred sentence for felony assault with a weapon.

William Joseph Weatherwax pleaded not guilty to felony theft; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Hunter Creed Muth, 18, Ronan, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs and bail jumping, both felonies, as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed a charge of felony tampering with witnesses and informants; state also dismissed several misdemeanor charges involving traffic violations; sentencing set for June 10.

Hearing on petition to revoke for Jamie Shaylynn Reid, 25, continued to May 20.

Warrant requested for Miranda Mahkuk for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Pamela Raquel Almaguer pleaded not guilty to felony criminal child endangerment; jury trial set for Nov. 22.
