Luke Michael Runningcrane, 20, entered general denials regarding a petition to revoke; hearing on merits set for Aug. 25.

Sentencing for Alfred Blaine Cunningham Jr. for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense continued to Oct. 27.

Sentencing for Kyro Antonio Swimmer, 22, for theft-common scheme, burglary, criminal mischief and three counts of theft, all felonies, continued to Aug.11; pleaded not guilty to felony theft; jury trial set for Jan. 3, 2022.

James Loye Parker, 53, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal mischief; jury trial set for Jan. 2, 2022.

Richard Leo Scherm pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, and six misdemeanor charges: failure to use a seatbelt, driving while license suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance, reckless driving, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest; jury trial set for Jan. 3, 2022.

State dismissed without prejudice a petition to revoke against James Travis Knapp Jr.

William Joseph Weatherwax pleaded guilty to felony theft as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Sept. 16.

Shaun David Robertson, 35, pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense and partner or family member assault, both felonies; jury trial set for Nov. 22 for both cases.

William Isaac Ness, 56, Pablo, admitted to violation of probation; sentenced to three years DOC; credit for 29 days jail time.

Marko Lee Trombley, 32, admitted to violation of probation; sentenced on revocation to five years DOC; credit for 71 days jail time.

Douglas Robert Helms pleaded not guilty to privacy in communications-first and second offense, both misdemeanors, and 10 counts of felony privacy in communications; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Harold Douglas Mitchell Jr. pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession with intent to distrubute; jury trial set for Dec. 6; entered general denials regarding a petition to revoke; adjudicatory hearing set for Oct. 28.

Arraignment for Harlan Gerald Vaska for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, continued to Aug. 12.

Sawyer Rose Runkel pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Nov. 22.

Jennifer Grace Keyler pleaded not guilty to felony criminal child endangerment and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance, a misdemeanor; jury trial set for Nov. 22.

Arraignment for Jonathan Michael Drennan-Beck for felony burglary continued to Aug. 19; hearing on petition to revoke continued to Aug. 19.

Arraignment for Shannon Sierra Haworth for felony vehicular homicide while under the influence continued to Aug. 12.

Kyra Ann Eoff, 28, pleaded not guilty to felony aggravated burglary and three counts of misdemeanor assault; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Edward Dale Hardy, 63, pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment, all felonies; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Aloysius Dennis Blackcrow, 50, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and felony theft; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Dawna Mae Michel, 42, admitted to violations of probation; sentenced on revocation to three years DOC; credit for 10 months street time and 170 days jail time.
